Kristen Stewart has shot to fame as Bella Swan in the Twilight Saga but she’s not one to rest on her laurels and has been filming other movies outside the franchise.
Following on from the success of The Runaways, Kristen was busy promoting her new movie, Welcome To The Rileys at the film’s premiere on Friday.
Kristen plays the role of Mallory, a teenage prostitute and told People that “the subject matter was a lot sadder and emotionally distraught than I’ve ever had to deal with.
“It’s sort of the lowest of the low that I’ve ever had to go.”
When asked if she was worried about what her Twihard fans will think of her new film, the actress said: “Luckily Bella wasn’t my first part.

Kristen Stewart has revealed her poor feet are taking the brunt of her fame.
The Twilight star has been strutting up various red carpets in high heels to promote the third instalment of the vampire saga, Eclipse, and indie drama Welcome To The Rileys in the US.
“I feel like my feet are really p***ed off at me, just because of the shoes – that’s been the biggest problem,” she told People.com.
Despite her tired feet, Kristen insisted she isn’t tired by the publicity grind.
“By the end of the day I actually get really hyper, because it’s then that I have my own time – you end up staying up all night,” she said.
In Welcome To The Rileys, the 20-year-old puts troubled teenager Bella Swan aside to play a teenage prostitute.

Having to make back-to-back appearances on the red carpet for her two movies, Kristen Stewart admitted that her feet were the ones who got the worse effect. When interviewed at the Los Angeles premiere of “Welcome to the Rileys” on Friday, June 25, the actress who stars as a teen prostitute in the indie drama revealed she has got sore feet for wearing high heels on the red carpet.
“I feel like my feet are really pissed off at me, just because of the shoes,” the rumored girlfriend of Robert Pattinson told People magazine at the special screening event, which was held a day after the premiere of “The Twilight Saga’s Eclipse”. The 20-year-old beauty further added, “That’s been the biggest problem.”

Mo. governor bans nudity, alcohol at strip clubs
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) — Missouri’s strip clubs and adult stores will need to keep their employees partially clad, minors out and doors closed after midnight under legislation signed Friday by Gov. Jay Nixon.
The new restrictions ban full nudity, alcohol, anyone younger than 18 and touching between seminude employees and customers at sexually oriented businesses. The law also requires the stores and clubs to close before midnight and prevents new adult businesses from opening near homes or schools.
Supporters of the regulations contend that such businesses contribute to seedy behavior, demean women, drive down property value and even cause divorces. But critics said the restrictions infringe on the free market, cut into local control and could hurt the state’s economy by forcing businesses to close.
The new rules take effect Aug. 28 and apply to strip clubs, adult video and book stores, seminude model studios and other related businesses.

JEFFERSON CITY • Missouri’s strip clubs will have more clothing, reduced hours and no alcohol after Aug. 28 under a bill signed Friday by Gov. Jay Nixon.
It’s likely, however, that the law, which regulates the clubs and other sexually oriented businesses, will face a legal challenge.

The new law — which was sponsored by Sen. Matt Bartle, R-Independence — would prohibit full nudity at strip clubs and prohibit such establishments from selling alcohol. Adult businesses — including adult bookstores and strip clubs — could not be located within 1,000 feet of a school, church or public park. Such businesses would have to close at midnight, and nobody younger than 18 would be allowed.
